Terms and Conditions – PakGanes Online Gaming Platform

By registering an account on the PakGanes platform, accessing any PakGanes game or service, or depositing funds into your PakGanes wallet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not register an account or use PakGanes services.

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the player) and PakGanes. They apply to all use of the PakGanes website, mobile web application, games, betting services, and any promotional content associated with the PakGanes brand.

These terms should be read alongside the PakGanes Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, which form part of the overall agreement between you and PakGanes. In case of any conflict between these documents, these Terms and Conditions take precedence.

To open a PakGanes account and use any of its services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. PakGanes operates a strict minimum age policy and reserves the right to request proof of age at any point.
• You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf. Corporate entities, trusts, and other non-individual legal structures are not permitted to hold a PakGanes account.
• You must register using your own true, accurate, and current personal information. PakGanes does not permit the use of false names, addresses, or contact details.
• You must not already hold an active or previously suspended PakGanes account. Only one account per individual is permitted across the entire PakGanes platform.
• You must register using your own mobile phone number and payment methods. Shared or borrowed mobile numbers and payment accounts are not permitted for PakGanes registration.

PakGanes may request identity verification documents at any time, including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or if the platform has reason to suspect an account is being misused. Failure to provide satisfactory verification within the requested timeframe may result in account suspension pending resolution.

PakGanes reserves the right to refuse any registration application without providing a reason. This is a discretionary right exercised to protect the integrity of the platform and its player community.

Your PakGanes account is your personal responsibility. You are required to keep your login credentials – including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication details – strictly confidential. PakGanes will never ask you to share your password with a support agent or any other party.

All activity that takes place through your PakGanes account is your responsibility, whether or not you personally initiated it. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify PakGanes support immediately by contacting us at support@pakganes.com. PakGanes will act promptly to investigate and, if confirmed, secure the account.

You are responsible for ensuring that the personal information held on your PakGanes account remains accurate and up to date. If your contact number, email address, or bank details change, you must update them in your account settings without undue delay. Outdated information may delay withdrawal processing.

PakGanes accounts are non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or allow another person to use your account under any circumstances. Accounts found to have been transferred or shared may be suspended and any associated balances forfeited.

All PakGanes account balances, deposits, wagers, bonuses, and winnings are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). PakGanes does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. Any attempt to deposit in a non-PKR currency will be rejected.

PakGanes accepts the following payment methods for deposits:

• Easypaisa – mobile wallet transfer
• JazzCash – mobile wallet transfer
• NayaPay – digital wallet
• SadaPay – digital wallet
• IBFT Bank Transfer – inter-bank funds transfer
• Visa / Mastercard – debit cards issued by Pakistani banks

The minimum deposit amount on PakGanes is Rs 200. There is no stated maximum deposit, but PakGanes reserves the right to request the source of funds documentation for large deposits as part of its anti-money laundering obligations.

Deposits must be made from payment methods that are registered in your own name. PakGanes will not accept deposits from payment accounts belonging to third parties. Any deposit received from a third-party payment source may be reversed and the associated funds held pending investigation.

PakGanes players may request a withdrawal of their available balance at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this section. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 200. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible.

Withdrawal requests submitted during standard operating hours (8 AM to 11 PM PKT) are typically processed within five minutes for Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, and SadaPay. Requests submitted outside these hours will be processed at the earliest opportunity the following morning. IBFT bank transfers may take up to four hours once processing begins.

PakGanes reserves the right to conduct security and identity verification checks before approving any withdrawal. This is a standard fraud prevention measure and is not an indication of any wrongdoing on your part. Verification checks typically conclude within 24 hours. If additional documentation is required, PakGanes will contact you directly.

Withdrawals cannot be processed while an active bonus has not been fully wagered. If you wish to withdraw before meeting the wagering requirement, you may do so but the active bonus and any bonus-derived winnings will be forfeited. Your original deposit amount is always withdrawable.

PakGanes does not charge fees on withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges, which are outside PakGanes' control.

PakGanes offers a range of promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and referral rewards. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which are displayed on the Promotions page and must be read in full before claiming.

The following general bonus rules apply across all PakGanes promotions unless specifically overridden by the individual offer terms:

• Bonuses are credited to your PakGanes account as bonus funds, not withdrawable cash, until the wagering requirement is met.
• The welcome bonus is available to new PakGanes players only and may be claimed once per account, household, mobile number, and payment method.
• During an active bonus, the maximum permitted bet per round on casino games is Rs 1,000 and the maximum stake per sports event is Rs 2,000. Bets exceeding these limits while a bonus is active may result in the bonus being voided.
• Bonuses have an expiry period from the date of credit. If the wagering requirement is not met within this period, the bonus and associated winnings are removed from the account.
• PakGanes reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time before it has been claimed by a player. Once a valid claim has been made and the bonus credited, it will be honoured subject to these terms.
• Multiple simultaneous bonuses are not permitted unless explicitly stated in an individual promotion's terms. Attempting to hold multiple bonuses at once may result in all active bonuses being voided.

All games available on PakGanes – including but not limited to slots, Teen Patti, Rummy, Andar Bahar, Baccarat, Blackjack, Poker, and live dealer games – are governed by their individual game rules, which are accessible from within each game. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of any game they play on PakGanes.

PakGanes operates RNG (Random Number Generator) games using independently certified random number generation technology. The outcome of every RNG game is determined by the certified RNG system and cannot be influenced by PakGanes, by third parties, or by any actions taken by players outside the game interface.

In the event of a technical failure or disconnection during a game round, the round will be resolved according to the state of the game at the time of the interruption as recorded by PakGanes server logs. If a round cannot be properly resolved due to a system failure on PakGanes' side, the round stake will be refunded to the player's account. PakGanes server logs are considered the authoritative record of all game activity.

PakGanes live dealer games are streamed from professional studio environments with physical cards and equipment. PakGanes cannot be held responsible for external technical issues such as internet outages on the player's end during a live game session, but will always apply fair resolution policies for genuine disconnection events.

The PakGanes sports betting section covers a wide range of sports and markets including football, cricket (including PSL), tennis, basketball, and others. Betting markets and odds are set by PakGanes trading team and are subject to change at any time before a market closes.

All sports bets placed on PakGanes are final once confirmed. Players are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of their selections before submitting a bet. PakGanes will not cancel or amend a bet slip due to a player error after confirmation.

PakGanes reserves the right to void any bet or market in the following circumstances:

• The event is cancelled, postponed beyond an acceptable period, or abandoned
• A clear and obvious pricing error in the odds is identified before or after settlement
• There is evidence of irregular betting patterns suggesting match-fixing, insider information, or coordinated manipulation
• The market was listed with incorrect details (incorrect teams, dates, or conditions)

Winnings from voided bets are not payable. The original stake is returned to the player's PakGanes wallet. PakGanes decisions on void bets are final and binding, though players may raise a dispute with the support team if they believe a void was applied incorrectly.

Live betting markets on PakGanes may be suspended at any time during an event for operational or data integrity reasons. Bets placed and confirmed before a suspension are valid. Bets submitted at the moment of a suspension may be voided if they cannot be confirmed before the market closes.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on PakGanes. Engaging in any of them will result in immediate account suspension and may result in forfeiture of balances and referral to relevant authorities:

• Multiple accounts: Opening more than one PakGanes account under any name or payment method
• Underage gaming: Attempting to register or play on PakGanes while under 18 years of age
• Money laundering: Using PakGanes to process the proceeds of unlawful activity
• Collusion: Coordinating with other PakGanes players to gain an unfair advantage in multiplayer games or to manipulate bonus outcomes
• Fraudulent chargebacks: Disputing legitimate PakGanes transactions with a payment provider after receiving services
• Software exploitation: Using bots, automated scripts, or any software to interact with PakGanes games or platform outside of normal human play
• Impersonation: Registering or operating a PakGanes account using another person's identity or personal information without their knowledge and consent
• Exploiting platform errors: Taking deliberate advantage of technical errors, pricing mistakes, or system vulnerabilities to obtain funds or game outcomes that would not otherwise be available

PakGanes uses advanced monitoring systems to detect prohibited conduct. Players identified as engaging in prohibited activities will be contacted and given an opportunity to respond before account closure, except in cases of clear and serious fraud where immediate suspension may be applied without prior notice.

PakGanes may suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion if it has reasonable grounds to believe these Terms and Conditions have been breached, if a player has engaged in prohibited conduct, or if required to do so by applicable law or regulation.

If your PakGanes account is suspended for investigation, access to your account and funds will be restricted while the investigation is ongoing. PakGanes aims to complete standard investigations within 5 business days. You will be notified of the outcome and any remaining withdrawable balance will be returned where applicable.

Players may close their own PakGanes account at any time by contacting support at support@pakganes.com. Voluntary account closures are processed within 24 hours. Any remaining balance above the minimum withdrawal amount will be returned to your registered payment method. Balances below the minimum withdrawal threshold at the time of closure may not be returned.

Players who close their PakGanes account for responsible gaming reasons (self-exclusion) should specifically request self-exclusion rather than a simple account closure, as self-exclusion activates additional protections designed to prevent re-registration on PakGanes during the exclusion period.

PakGanes is committed to promoting responsible gaming and player welfare. The platform provides a suite of tools to help players manage their activity, available immediately in your account settings:

• Deposit limits – set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts
• Loss limits – set maximum net loss amounts over defined periods
• Session time reminders – receive alerts when you have been playing for a specified duration
• Cooling-off period – temporarily suspend access to your account for periods from 24 hours up to 6 weeks
• Self-exclusion – permanently exclude your account from PakGanes, with provisions that prevent reactivation for a minimum period

All responsible gaming limits take effect immediately when activated. Requests to reduce limits are processed immediately. Requests to increase limits or remove restrictions are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period before they become effective.

PakGanes provides its gaming platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While every effort is made to ensure continuous, error-free operation, PakGanes cannot guarantee that the platform will always be available, uninterrupted, or free from technical errors.

PakGanes will not be liable for any losses or damages resulting from:

• Temporary unavailability of the platform due to maintenance or technical issues
• Internet connectivity problems on the player's end
• Acts of force majeure including natural events, civil unrest, or government-mandated service restrictions
• Player decisions regarding betting and gaming choices – gaming outcomes are inherently uncertain, and PakGanes is not responsible for losses arising from normal gameplay
• Third-party payment processing delays that are outside PakGanes' control

PakGanes' maximum liability to any individual player in respect of any single incident or claim is limited to the net deposit amount in the player's account at the time of the incident. This limitation does not apply to losses caused by PakGanes' own gross negligence or wilful misconduct.

PakGanes collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By registering on PakGanes and accepting these Terms and Conditions, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data for the purposes described in the Privacy Policy.

PakGanes will never sell your personal data to third parties. Data is shared only with payment processors, identity verification providers, and fraud prevention services where necessary to operate your account. All data sharing arrangements are governed by appropriate data protection agreements.

You have the right to request access to the personal data PakGanes holds about you, to request corrections to inaccurate data, and to request deletion of your data subject to legal retention requirements. These requests can be submitted to support@pakganes.com.

PakGanes reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, PakGanes will notify all registered players by email and via a platform notification at least 7 days before the updated terms take effect. The updated terms will be published on this page with a revised "last updated" date.

Your continued use of PakGanes after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with the updated terms, you may close your account before the changes take effect and request withdrawal of any remaining balance.

PakGanes maintains an archive of previous versions of these Terms and Conditions. If you have a query about how a specific version of the terms applied to a past transaction, contact support and we will provide the relevant historical version for review.

Any formal dispute must be submitted in writing to support@pakganes.com with full details of the issue, the relevant account, and the outcome you are seeking. PakGanes will acknowledge your dispute within 24 hours and provide a full response within 5 business days.

If you are not satisfied with PakGanes' resolution of your dispute, you may escalate it to PakGanes' compliance team by requesting escalation in your original dispute email. PakGanes is committed to resolving disputes fairly, promptly, and transparently for all Pakistani players.
